All educational outings, which are planned by the School Management and class teachers, are important for a holistic formation of all pupils. These rules are to be adhered to:
All pupils should have their parents’ written consent for the school outings at the beginning of the scholastic year. We could even stress the importance of school outings as part of a holistic education.
If pupils do not attend a school outing, they have to come to school and follow a normal school day.
As a general rule, all pupils must wear full uniform during outings. In special circumstances, teachers together with SMT, may decide otherwise.
It is recommended that all pupils wear school caps especially in the hotter months.
All pupils are to be protected with sun block cream during the summer period.
It is of utmost importance that all pupils are under the teacher’s continuous supervision and should never be left on their own.
All pupils are to drink a lot of water.
Transport is to be paid by every pupil. If a pupil pays for the outing and he/she does not come due to sickness, money is to be given back.
In certain instances parents are invited to join school outings.
Teachers must always take the attendance before leaving school.
Pupils who misbehave during school outings will be prohibited from the next outing.
